Our New CRM System
We recently launched a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system within our sales team, with plans to roll this out across the wider business in the coming months.
This is a big step forward for Quartz – the platform helps streamline how we work, improves collaboration between teams, and brings all customer data and interactions into one place, giving us a more connected view of every relationship with our exhibitors and key stakeholders.
It also provides real-time insight into performance and opportunities. By moving away from fragmented systems and manual tracking, we can work more efficiently and consistently as we continue to grow.
Just as importantly, it means a better experience for our customers. With a complete view of every interaction – from first enquiry to ongoing engagement, we can respond more quickly, communicate more effectively, and deliver more relevant, personalised solutions.
